ABS Universal

The industry’s first ABS Universal (patent pending) plastic backplates are vacuum formed from black ABS, .1250 inch UV stabilized plastic sheet and have a hair cell finish on the front side, smooth finish on the back side, have a 3-inch corner radii, and a 90 degree .6250 inch flange which provide greater rigidity and structural integrity.  These state of the art backplates eliminate the need to stock multiple models and are designed to precisely fit Eagle, Econolite, McCain, Naztec, and Peek, every backplate is supplied with the required stainless steel mounting hardware and have the option of louvered or non-louvered.  NOTE: ABS Universal backplates are for 3 and 5 section clusters only. Designed to precisely fit the deMco/Native American signal head, every backplate is supplied with the required stainless steel mounting hardware and have the option of louvered or non-louvered.

Aluminum

Aluminum backplates are fabricated from minimum .0500 inch material, have 3-inch corner radii, and are powder coated to color requirements. Designed to precisely fit the deMco/Native American signal head, every backplate is supplied with the required stainless steel mounting hardware and have the option of louvered or non-louvered. Aluminum backplates for Eagle, Econolite, McCain, Naztec, Peek, TCT, and 3M are also available.
